Do you offer editing services anywhere in the world?

Yes, as we are an internet-based company, we can help anyone who has access to the internet. Our base of operations is in Melbourne, Australia and we have editors based around the globe. Please ensure to let us know where you are located so that we can match an appropriate editor to your work.

Do you work on weekends?

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be contacted via email, phone or Skype. If you have a tight deadline please ensure to contact us in advance to discuss your individual needs.

How do I calculate the word count of my document? Do you count the bibliography and references?

To calculate the word count of your document, choose tools and word count options in Microsoft Word. We do count the footnotes as well as the references/bibliography section in the total word count of the document. If you do not want us to edit your bibliography, please let us know when you send us the document.

Should I send through materials such as a criteria sheet, supporting articles or other supplementary materials?

Yes, by all means, especially if the material provides guidelines on referencing and word counts. Make sure you tell us which documents are to be edited and which are supplementary materials only and not to be edited.

Will you revise my document if I am not happy with your editing the first time?

In 99% of cases, clients are pleased with our work the first time. However, we are very happy to revise or clarify any part of our work. We provide revisions at no extra charge, so long as they are within the boundaries of the original project. If you request additional work on new content or a change of formatting to that which was first requested, there may be an additional charge.

Will anyone else know I’m using your service, or be able to see my document?

All of your details and documents are kept strictly confidential and are not shown to anyone. After you have received your edited document, you can request that we delete all your files.

When do I get my edited document back?

It depends on which turn around time you use, we offer a 48-hour, 24 hour and urgent under 24 hour turn around timeframe. Any time you submit a document we guarantee to return the edited document to you by the deadline (more details are available at our pricing page).
